Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a Return Authorization and receive your return shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty waterproof packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Scheduled Collection

  Once packed, we will arrange a convenient courier collection from your doorstep or provide instructions for your nearest drop-off point.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned rug to ensure it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
