We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Typically, your rug will arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but usually take 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your rug. If it's not the right fit for your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.

How do I clean and maintain my rug?

For daily care, we recommend vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth. We recommend professional rug cleaning every 1-3 years depending on foot traffic.

Can I see a rug in person before purchasing?
