Little bit of story behind this one:

In the area surrounding the city of Kerman, the semi-nomadic Afshar tribe resides. Historically, these nomads lived in northwest, but part of the tribe was relocated to their current area, where carpet manufacturing became a significant industry. Afshar rugs are characterised by their nomadic style and geometric patterns, reflecting the tribe's rich cultural heritage.
